The Butcher of Weeping Creek
Ruling the industrial mills of Weeping Creek Valley, Peng Meng uses his immense physique and the chained Dread Axe to obliterate all who challenge his logging monopoly.
Battle Strategy
- Respect the Hyper-Armor: Attempting light attacks while Peng Meng winds up his axe will result in immediate poise break. Wait for his overhead axe embed, then unleash rapid twin-blade combos.
- Reward: Defeating him unlocks the Dread Axe Phantom Edge, allowing Soul to break chained gates throughout the world and shatter enemy stone shields.
